What is document capture?

Document capture lets you scan or upload documents (PDF, images) so the ERP automatically extracts relevant data: issuer, receiver, amounts, VAT, product lines, etc.

Workflow

1. Upload the document from the document_capture module.
2. The system analyzes it and proposes extracted fields.
3. Review and confirm the detected data.
4. ERP DLM creates the invoice, delivery note or ticket accordingly.
